Your member portal is the place to follow your application, view approved-member resources, manage event registrations and review recorded dues. Update your name and email through account settings. For changes to association records that are under review, contact the Secretariat with your membership reference.
Contribute to the association
Membership is an opportunity to bring practical experience into a shared platform. Propose knowledge topics, raise common sector challenges, contribute to consultations and take part in confirmed meetings and events. The constitution asks members to uphold its principles, support the mission and participate responsibly.
Prepare for meetings
Read notices and relevant documents before meetings. The constitution provides for 21 days’ notice for the AGM and seven days for an extraordinary meeting. Follow the published participation arrangements. Voting rights and formal decisions remain subject to the constitution; the website is not an electronic election system.
Fees and records
Use the approved fee schedule and official payment instructions supplied by the Secretariat. Check recorded dues in your portal and report any discrepancy with the payment reference. Keep your own receipts. Honorary members are exempt from membership fees under the constitution.
Share responsibly
Keep private documents and other members’ information secure. Obtain permission before sharing photographs, business material or personal information. Communicate constructively and disclose conflicts of interest when required.
Raise a concern
The Secretariat is the first point of contact for membership questions, record corrections and process enquiries. The constitution provides disciplinary and appeal procedures; the website records administrative steps without replacing those procedures.
