A platform for collaboration
TABICA’s constitution calls for collaboration among government, private enterprise, development partners, academia and civil society. Our areas of interest include sustainable biomass, improved cookstoves, member capacity, research, public awareness and responsible market development.
What a useful proposal includes
- The organisation or people proposing the work and a responsible contact.
- The problem to address, intended users and geographic focus.
- The specific contribution sought from TABICA.
- Proposed activities, timetable and resources, if already identified.
- How responsibilities, evidence and results would be documented.
From enquiry to agreed activity
Send a concise proposal through the contact page. The Secretariat coordinates the initial discussion and directs governance or resource decisions to the appropriate association organ. Activities, commitments and use of the TABICA name require the relevant approvals; submitting an enquiry does not establish a partnership.
Knowledge and learning contributions
Members and institutions may propose practical learning material, research questions, technical exchanges or public awareness topics. Explain the source of your information and any permissions needed to share it. Confirmed activities and opportunities are announced through the website.
An accountable relationship
Effective collaboration needs clear responsibilities, realistic resources and an agreed way to report progress. TABICA’s constitution emphasises integrity, inclusion and disclosure of conflicts of interest. These principles guide how proposals should be considered.
