Build a proposal around a shared problem
Explain the need, intended beneficiaries, location and contribution requested from TABICA. Identify the people responsible, proposed resources and a realistic schedule. Research, enterprise and community proposals benefit from a clear account of how the parties would work together and what each would contribute.
